So choose something that will help to exercise these muscles to build. Do not forget to consult your doctor before starting exercise if you have a vaginal delivery or c section.

Start your exercise regime in short sessions and gradually increase the duration and intensity. You must stop if you feel uncomfortable at any point.

You can start with an activity, like walking and some yoga and aerobics. Exercise regularly, but very short. Avoid rigorous outdoor activities in the beginning. An easy way to find more physical activity, like climbing stairs instead of elevators.

One very effective way to lose baby fat fast is to eat healthy. If you can not resist snacking, eat items such as nuts, fruits, salads without dressing instead of burgers, pastas etc. Increase your fluid intake. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water.

Eating sensibly is much better than going on the diet. Do not rely on advertising of weight loss pills, because they do more harm than good.

Breastfeeding your child is another method of losing extra weight after giving birth because the body burns extra calories, 300-500.
